This latest creation is a departure from my norm. I did not make this Murano Glass Snake Pendant necklace but rather, put the components together to make a spectacular piece. Often times, I will support other artists in my travels and buy their art to use in future creations. This is one of those instances. A trip to Murano Italy found me purchasing some dazzling Murano glass pendants. I later met a Czech woman in the states, on a trip through Texas, who made crochet rope necklaces out of Czech glass. Both are amazingly and intricately made and are of superior quality. It was a natural fit, to pair the two together.
Murano Glass
Is entirely handmade by Murano master glass-makers. These masters are especially known for using gold and silver foil insertions in their lamp-work technique, performed in their glass studios, located in Murano Italy. Their beautiful pendants are known throughout the world for their depth, sparkle and quality.
