I wanted to make something to keep track of all my happy moments throughout the year and then be able to look back on it at the end of the year and reminisce. WOW… this wanting led me on a 40 day art journey that was no joke. 

These amazingly handcrafted joy journals, leave no doubt to the fact that they are indeed, handcrafted!!  I used waxed leather thread to hand stitch and bind the hand painted cover, inside envelope and 11 hand dyed pages. (22 back and front) 

I painstakingly dyed these pages with all natural ingredients like; spinach, beets, purple cabbage, tea, coffee and various spices.  I also added accents and details to these pages using inks and paints. 

An information tag is located inside the envelope in each journal.

My Joy Journals are one of a kind and I am unable to duplicate them.  All journals vary in colors and details.
