Contemporary Dichroic Pendant Necklace by B.A.;
This Contemporary Dichroic Pendant Necklace is a departure from my norm. There are no stones or crystals in this piece. I have a glass fusing kiln in my studio and I create / fuse Dichroic glass pieces. Each one delivers sparkle and depth that the camera just can’t capture. I have taken these glass pieces and artistically wire wrapped them with silver or gold filled wire. I then put these stunning pendants on a beaded crochet rope necklaces.
Beaded Crochet Rope Necklaces
I did not make this rope necklace. Often times I will support other artists in my travels and buy their art to use in future creations. This is one of those instances. I met a Czech woman in the states, on a trip through Texas, who made crochet rope necklaces out of Czech glass. They are amazingly intricate and are a natural fit to pair withe my Dichroic pendants.
Just think, by purchasing this one amazing necklace, you are supporting not one but two different artists. That is pretty darn fantastic!!
