Upcycled DrumHead Art, Wisteria Fairy & Bat Under a Moon by B.A.

B.A.’s Drum Head Art ~ ” I am taking the tools of our musical heroes and turning them into art.”  I have been painting, painting, painting until the weeeeee morning hours and having a blast. This Upcycled Drumhead Art of a Wisteria Fairy Under A Full Moon,  is a 16 in. upcycled Evans drum head that has been hand painted with original artwork. A fairy sitting in a tree of wisteria, with her bat companion contemplates the mysteries of a  full moon.  I have taken several photos of this painting, with different lighting. Hopefully, you can pick up that the moon has a bit of shimmer to it. 

Care

Please do not use harsh chemicals on artwork. For protection and easy wipe down cleaning a sealant is applied to the drum head. If you want to use it on your drum kit, knock yourself out, however,  I can not guarantee the longevity of the painting.

Upcycled Drum Heads

I upcycle drum heads that have been used for gigs/shows and use them in place of canvas. This is a used drum head and may have little imperfections.  These little “imperfections” have become a part of the art, making each piece unique and one of a kind.
